This page controls whether this browser sends product analytics events, session replay recordings, and client-side error reports to PostHog, our analytics provider. It works without signing in, and it is the only opt-out available to people who do not have an Ovation account — prospects evaluating the product, and crew or client portal visitors.

2. What Turning This Off Stops

Turning the toggle off stops, on this browser:

Product analytics events (page views, feature usage, and similar interaction data).
Session replay recordings.
Client-side error and exception reports sent to PostHog.

This setting does not cover, and makes no claim about, any analytics performed server-side or through our APIs.

3. How the Setting Is Stored

Your choice is stored in this browser as a cookie on .ovation-os.com. That means it applies across the Ovation marketing site, the application, and sign-in pages on this device — but it has to be set again on any other device or browser you use.

A customer-branded client or crew portal on its own domain (for example, portal.yourcompany.com) is a separate origin from ovation-os.com. A cookie set for one domain cannot be read on another, so the setting needs to be applied there separately as well.

4. What This Does Not Do

Turning analytics off stops future collection. It does not delete data already collected. To request deletion of data already collected, contact privacy@ovation-os.com.
